liz earl cleanse and polish
sanctuary pore tightening toner
boots botanics sensitive gel moisturizer

also, is there any good scrubs and masks out there?
i don't want to spend to much, and i live in the uk.

I have currently been on Roaccuntane for a month now, to treat my acne.

I work out and as part of my training i used to take 'hydroxycut' for those who don't know they are weight loss capsuals.
I went off them, once i started Roaccutane, but now I am keen to get back on them.

Just wondering, will it ;
-Affect how the roaccuntane works ? (it has been working well & i have seen great results towards my acne )
- Is it safe to mix roaccutane & hydroxycut together ?

I have been battling acne for over 2 years now. I'm in my senior year and there will be lots of events coming up, so I want my skin to look its best Sadly, my acne isn't going away. I have used Proactiv and it has helped but I'm starting to notice some scars. I have read online and many people recommend using products by Mario Badescu. It seems quite expensive and I really have no clue about its effectiveness. I'm also thinking about trying Accutane, is it really that dangerous though?

p.s. if you have any suggestions on how to cure acne and its scars, please include it in the answer

It's been a year I'm having this problem with extremely dry flaky skin, and now I'm having pimples too! I recently went to the dermatologist but she told me to stop using any kind of moisturizer, and never to wash my face with water again, except with Bioderma Crealine H2O. I payed 30 euros for the consultation and another 10 euro with that prescribed water. I'm not convince at all since i can still feel my face very dry and still flaky. My question is, is it possible to have a very dry skin and not have a moisturiser at all?

It was a black Zippo. The cold metal soothed the heated hatred coursing through my veins. The lighter seemed to pulse in my grip. It was my own heartbeat; I could feel it in my palms. its just a mild breaking out…and im starting to think the reason is because i stopped taking the birth control pill i had been taking for 2 years. if this gets worst, i think im going back on it =/

Tried midol, didn't work. Drank water all day yesterday, so can't be dehydrated. Had a cookie before bed, but that couldn't cause the horrible pain and sick feeling hav right now. It came out of nowhere and the severity comes in waves. Bowels have been slow, acne flared up a couple days ago, really moody and feel weak/ restless the past week or so. Also, have been barely getting any sleep, 5 hrs a night mayb and then i had two days where I got like 9 hrs of sleep. What can I take to stop this, is it my period, when will it go away? I feel so horrible an have been up since 1am and am starting to panic!
